REMOTE
Our team was working from home on Fridays prior to the pandemic so moving to fully remote was super simple for Stella. Since then we have been and will be remote, offering our team a voice in the decision and providing the utmost flexibility in work schedules. We are focused on goal achievement and empower our team to manage their day to day schedules to support them best.
We do love getting together a few times a year for purpose, whether that be company gatherings or team summits.

It's about hitting goals, not about a structure work day. Stella offers employees the ability to flex their work schedules to meet their individual work styles as well as offers Flex Fridays for the team to start the weekend early as long as goals are met.
While we are 100% remote, we know how important it is to connect. As a company, we sponsor to company-wide gatherings per year as well as inidivual team summits. These events offer time for collaboration and connection as well as thought leadership and innovation.
We offer a monthly stipend to support home office connectivity as well as ensure that each employee has a comfortable, efficient, and productive work environment. If not, we help make that happen.
