Health benefits were great. The only problem was using them. Very difficult to have a doctor visit, since they do not allow you the time to go. Personal time off is a joke, and you actually get reprimanded by the CEO for taking the time off.

Blue Cross and Blue Shield is one of the best insurance providers, but it is expensive, and they only pay up to a certain amount. They deduct the amount after the cap, and then charge you for any dependents
