They intentionally don't educated you on the multitude of factors that control your bonus so they don't have to pay you the bonus. It'a racket; for example if you have just 1 angry caller who reviews you poorly out of of 300 great calls that alone will removes you from the bonus for the month. If you have computer problem that are not your fault you can loss your bonus for the month. This is why turn over is so ridiculously high.
