It's good but I don't believe in 401K plans so I can't really comment too much on it. Put aside your own money into stock options that you'll make more money in the end.

You will be opted in if you are 21 or once you turn 21, don't forget to check your mail! You have to opt out or it will start and then you can't really cancel it. You can lower or raise contributions online via the investment account and Teletech matches half of the contributions up to employer 3% : employee 6%.
