They offer a match, but it's only a partial match and only for a limited time (1 year or 6 months, I don't remember). They also automatically opt you in/set it as opt-out, and sometimes the system will opt you in, even if you already opted out. Since this benefit can be changed anytime, that's okay: just make sure to check it didn't get changed at some point. I had to pay a ton of taxes for taking out money they should have never been withholding in the first place.
