50% match of up to 6% (i.e. 3% "real dollars" match), but maxes out at $1500/year. Investment options available at Fidelity are disappointing.

Tableau does 401 K matching, it's not a large amount but still nice.

tidy little match of 50% through first 3%. Not as good as the rare places that do something awesome like 100% match through first 6% saved, but better than a lot of 25% match, or zero match, that I've seen more often in the industry.

Matching up to 5% but with a $1500 annual max match.

The match is not very competitive with an employer matching cap of $1,500 annually. In my experience, the usual employer match is 5% dollar for dollar with no cap.

Plan choices (investment options) are minimal and the matching rate is much lower than other major software employers in Seattle.

Tableau introduced 401K matching in 2014. Would like to see the match be a bit higher.
