I can appreciate any discount that I receive but I don't like how the discount cannot be applied unless using the Red card or paying with cash.

u get team member discount at Target which is pretty cool health insurance is good, 401k is nice, unlimited sick days and work from home options are great to have

You get 10% off, unfortunately where I live, that only takes care of the sales tax. You do get an additional 5% with the Redcard though.
