10% is pretty solid, considering many items have a very thin profit margin in the first place.

You get 10% discount, but you have to use a red card, gift card or cash. So it's okay If you like that.

Good on anything in the store

You have 10% discount for Target Employees. The only downfall is that you can only use this if it's from one of their credit/debit red cards, or from cash.

The employee Discount can only be used with cash or a Red Card.

It really didn't feel like much of a discount because any person could get a Red card and automatically get 5% off their purchase so our 15% didn't feel like much. You also had to use cash or their Red card to use your discount. It could not be used with your own debit card. It was a way to force employees to get a target debit or credit card.
