Employee Discounts

Felt like the employee discount should have been more than just 10% and was inconvenient that it could only be used when paying with cash

You have to either use the Red Card, gift card, or cash to use your discount. And it isn't that much.

You can only use it in cash or red card. They don't want you using a gift card of the total purchase but its in the handbook that you can. Most likely to get redcards. 10 percent

Hard to beat. 10% employee, 5% red card, plus other perks.

10% off at Target stores is okay -- it's better when stacked with RX rewards discounts for a total of 20% off a single purchase in store and a separate (same day) purchase online

They don't allow use of the discount with any bank debit card. I don't use Target CU so if I don't have cash, I'm out of luck.

10% discount is great. It can combine with red card for a total of 15% discount. Plus cartwheel and coupon for even more saving. So it great, wish it was a little higher though but still good.

It is a nice 10% discount when you shop at any Target store. This encourages current employees to support the company that they work for while recognizing every employee. It really helped with those Super Target grocery purchases.
