The employee discount was great except that you must either pay cash or use a red card to receive the discount. Cannot be used with a credit card.

Its only 10% which is sales tax in NY. You have to use a REDcard, Target paycard, or cash to use the discount. You cannot use a visa, mastercard, discover, or amex card, another way target gets you.

10% employee discount offered immediately once hired. Nothing too special, but every little bit can help, right? This can work in addition to the 5% Red card discount.

employee discount is 10%, but it is on top of the 5% redcard (which signing up for is free) - so you get a total of 15% off anything at Target.
