Only 10 percent. Plus you must use Target's RedCard for discount to work. But in the end you save 15 percent due to the card's perk of 5 percent savings.

It was 5%, which is the same as what any other person would get if they open a red card, basically it removed the CA sales tax from whatever you purchased, but that's all.
