Employees receive a 10% discount at Target stores. 10% isn't huge, especially when the markup on products is not high to begin with, but it can be a nice perk.

The discount is okay at 10%, but it must be used in conjunction with a Target RedCard. You are taxed on your discount at the end of the year as a form of income.
