No benefit of it at all

It was 15% when you added together the employee plus target red card. Very good for such a wide range of selection goods. You also get an additional percentage off of Good and Gather brand I believe, but I'm not certain and forget the amount.

10 percent discount on most items

It is only 10% which I feel is standard but a little more would be nice.
