The worst thing about TARGET's Health Insurance plan is that it was eradicated for those employees working less than 30 or some hours per week, thanks to TARGET caving in to Obama Care. The moment Obama Care went into effect, TARGET started scheduling most over 30 hours per week employees so they could only work less than 30 hours per week.

Vision coverage is average. Dental and Health/Prescription is decent. Lots of additional options for extra coverage available at a cost.

Standard health insurance package. Administered by UHC, HSA plan with Optum. Option for HRA too

You don't get any health insurance

I never really had to use it but heard it was decent

No idea what it was because they didn't let me work enough hours to qualify for benefits. Greedy, greedy, capitalist pigs

it was equal or slight worse than the competitors.

Though you still have to pay a bit, its not really that much. Not the best, but not the worst.
