I had a really good trainer it was a manager and a fellow sales associate. They both were patient and taught me what to expect.

Training is a joke. They throw you in the field and have you learn by experience.

They could have added another day of training to cover coupons, self-check out and price matching!

It was disorganized, the lady who trained me had no idea she was training me that day and she was late for work. They only trained me for a couple hours but then the store got busy so I was on my own.

So far the job training at the store I work at is non existent. I've been told they are working on the problem.

Poor showmanship. Used to give in depth training. Recently target has been failing in this department.
