No paternity leave, but maternity leave is very common.

I am not fully aware of how good it is, but I do know you get 8 weeks.

The technical amount of leave may be industry standard; however, the treatment to those having families was stellar. Women never seemed to have concern about timing their family decisions. I had several bosses go on maternity leave, come back, and get promoted with no hindrance to their career timing.

I've seen new moms get up to 4 to 6 months off.
