You some vacation but the insurance is ridiculous ( around $380.00 a month for family ).

Health insurance outside of California amounts to a high-deductible plan or a slightly different high-deductible plan. Basic life insurance is covered entirely by the company. Vision insurance include custom safety eye-wear. New safety footwear every year.

Time off is easy to obtain at this location, very understanding management. Benefits are good enough for someone who has not had any so I do not have any complaints. I think the 401k is pretty aggressive and Terracon matches well.

Healthcare coverage seemed to be good and worked for my purposes. I didn't need to use the health care very often yet had a family plan. Costs for healthcare generally seem to rise annually which seems to be the case at most employers. Vacation and sick leave are combined with paid holidays etc.
