The 401k options are fine, the vacation is fine, and no complaints here on the other benefits.

On top of health benefits there are several other partnerships that tierpoint extends to its most junior employees. Lawyers, investment accounts you name it!

They use Cigna for their insurance. The plans are not bad, but the deductibles are high. For the middle tier plan (non tobacco) you will pay about $60 or so a check, and you get to see your primary care physician for $25, or a specialist for $50. ER for $300.
So its not bad. The deductible for other services though keep going up. When I started it was around $1250, now its over $2000 for the same plan.
You get PTO balance, which apparently is something that some companies don't do, due to the fact that in Nebraska they are required to pay out your leftover PTO balance, so some companies say you have "Unlimited PTO" so that you never have a balance.
So you should get your PTO paid out in the state of Nebraska for this company.
401k is through John Hancock.
They provide about 5 days of Floating holiday pay, which is for you to use as basically free PTO days.
You get access to a Udemy Business License which allows you to watch online video courses for different things, like IT Certifications. So its nice if you need to earn some Certs for your overall career goal.

Best thing about TierPoint is the generous PTO and vacation time as well as flexible hours. The medical, dental and vision coverage is average.
