It's only 10% (which is a majority of the tax), but I can't really complain about it since it's compatible with other sales in the store.

Only 10% discount. I was not a frequent shopper, but when I did need to purchase something, it barely covered anything more than the tax.

Overall, the benefit package is good. Employee discount, however, is less than other retailers at 10% with a few exclusions such as video game hardware and diapers. The purchase of candy, snacks and drinks is a 20% discount and after 20 years of service you get a 20% discount during the month of December for Christmas shopping.
