Vacation & Paid Time Off

It is nice that they offer their part-time employees PTO and Vacation.

It's fine but have to be working quite a bit to earn the time off.

Complicated formula used in determining paid time off.

It existed. It was given when asked in advanced.

They company does give comp. days for the last 6 weeks of year when you are required to work 6days a week due to Christmas rush

You earn vacation, paid time off, and sick time. Which is really cool cause a lot of companies lump it all into one, but they don't make it clear how many you have, you have to ask a member of management. Also you don't get paid out for sick time when you quit. And no one really knows how many hours you accrue per hours worked.

I had a lot of personal time off and vacation. I used my sick pay when I went on maternity leave for 12 weeks.

pretty good, the more hours you work and the more years you've been there it goes up

The only part of the benefits package that was worth using. And that was only after you have been there for a full year.
