You earn vacation, paid time off, and sick time. Which is really cool cause a lot of companies lump it all into one, but they don't make it clear how many you have, you have to ask a member of management. Also you don't get paid out for sick time when you quit. And no one really knows how many hours you accrue per hours worked.

The only part of the benefits package that was worth using. And that was only after you have been there for a full year.
