Most colleagues work from home. It is a work-from-home first culture which I appreciate.

This may vary based on relationship with company and role but many employees had this option.

Pretty flexible in allowing work from home from time to time when there was a reason. Though some teams had different rules and so there was inconsistency from leadership and some were frowned on for working at home while some teams were all offered one work from home day a week.

Great flexibility enjoyed by remote employee status. Work life balance is tremendous benefit.
