Affordable and covers a good amount. They have a benefit that allows you to travel to another country with a guest and they'll cover the cost of lodging/food & I think flight, so you can have a more affordable procedure because...you know, our health system sucks in the states.

Best thing is that the insurance premiums haven't skyrocketed the last several years. Their portion is pretty large, it seems. Blue Cross / Blue Shield does good coverage.
