Not a lot of out of pocket cost to pay for insurance premiums. The health plans are all high deductible plans in accordance with the ACA

You can choose from 3 different tiers of the plan, Lower deductible with more out of your paycheck, or higher deductibles with less deduction. The plan helps a lot with prescription costs and lab fees. The co-pay is far less than I've heard friends pay with their companies.
