I am told it is some of the best in the industry. Literally it covers just about everything at no cost to the employee and considering the cost of health care today that gives peace of mind.

It takes a year to get health insurance, so that is kind of annoying, but one of my coworkers got jaw surgery to fix his mouth for aesthetic reasons and it was paid for by UPS

There health insurance coverage is phenomenal, but the deductible is decent. Overall, the coverage is well worth the small amount that you pay.

Although insurance was cheap, the deductible was high and the coverage was low and shrinking. Basically the insurance was only good as catastrophic insurance.
