They should PAY full job pay while a member is serving as Reservist or Guardsman. Most Local, County and State jobs DO! They hate having to allow for Military Leave, but they have too, because it's the LAW.

Not exactly sure about military leave. I am not in the military. I heard they do hold jobs for reservist when they are call back on active duty.
