The best thing about Uber’s health insurance is that it’s fully covered—medical, dental, and vision—so you don’t have to stress about premiums coming out of your paycheck. The coverage itself is strong and makes you feel genuinely taken care of. If there’s a downside, it’s that navigating claims or finding in-network providers can sometimes be a little confusing, but overall the package is one of the best I’ve seen.
