WORK FROM HOME FLEXIBLE
The ability to work from home, or telecommuting, is one of many flexible work arrangements that
Uni-Systems Engineering offers to enable employees to achieve a more successful balance
between work responsibilities and family life. Working remote is the practice of working at home
or at a site near the home instead of physically traveling to a central workplace. The Company
may offer this option to employees when it benefits both the organization and the employee; the
employee and supervisor need to agree on the respective arrangement.

Uni-Systems Engineering may also provide assistance to employees who seek continuing
education. This reimbursement is available to all full-time employees after completing six (6)
months of service. Authorization for reimbursement must be obtained in advance from Human
Resources and your supervisor.At Uni-Systems Engineering we believe that to achieve our vision of excellence we must retain
