You can contribute to the 401 k but won't get the company match if you are not there for at least 5 years which is impossible for sales

Standard. They match up to 5%. First 3% is dollar for dollar. The next 2% is 50 cents per every dollar.

The 401k plan was excellent they use merrill lynch. Even if the employee is not using the retirement plan Unifirst will still put the profit sharing in a retirement fund.
