employees are under immense pressure to work sick. If you fail to show up you put the burden on those that did show up. Too many sick days can result in termination even if you haven't used them all up.

Gave what MA made them give employees after new law went into affect. 5 days. Hourly employees get them paid out at the end of the year. Salaried folks lose it at the end of the year.
