Pretty good with sick days. They give 12 days to start

Standard for a financial institution

you have full sick days to use from beginning of the year

Offer up to 8 sick days on top of allotted PTO

Normal - 7 sick days and can roll over if state allows

the company provide paid sick days

You accrue sick days along with vacation.

9 sick days - no carry over

They do provide paid sick leave and if you work full time. You can accumulate that fairly quickly. But you can't really use it. Not without upsetting the staff. The branch is staffed so thinly that your absence makes for a very difficult day for everyone else.
