benefits package was fair - reasonable rates and vacation time was separate from sick time. Changed to combination sick/vac time at time I left

worst thing is that the price for health is very high and the actual coverage is minimal with high deductible.

Very comprehensive benefits package. Health insurance has broad coverage with low payroll deductions, and the HSA model avoids the "use or lose" of traditional FSA's.

When I started at Unisys the benefits were great. Then they slowly got worse. It was more out of pocket expenses.

I received enough time off while working for Unisys that I never went a day without being paid for it. Even taking multiple vacations a year, I never had to be docked for lack of earned time.

The worst thing is probably extremely low salary. Of course, there's no 401(k), no raises (for most people, that is), no pension. Not a very good medical plan either.

They have a competitive benefits package. It includes medical and dental. It also includes an HSA account to assist with medical expenses.
