Certain people are allowed to work from home whenever they want. Almost all are encouraged to work from home every Wednesday.

Work from home is a great time to schedule calls b/c generally people's calendars are less full. Because I'm really comfortable you actually have more productive work when you are home. Also because people can't just walk up to your desk and bother you. Worst thing is some people take too much advantage of it and don't do their work.

The best thing about Upwork's work from home policy is that they mean it. It's not just show. If you have a need to work from home, let them know. They'll set you up. Everyone can do it. And everyone works from home one day per week anyway.
