They give you sick days to use, but it's basically permission from work. If you are a travel agent, then it is not paid vacation, since you get paid commission only.

They do rollover a maximum of 5 days now, but all vacation and sick time is unpaid, so no real benefit there. There are people with 40+ days vacation saved up, but you lose money and get penalized by using them. Better to use them for a recoup day after you e burned out following a week of working 12 hour days.
