Getting extra contributions to your HSA is easy, but you cannot get them to your FSA so you have to have the higher deductible plan in order to get benefits from health surveys and preventative care

Health Insurance was pretty good. Venable paid $40 of the health insurance premiums which made it lower for the employee and they had plans that fit everyone's budget. Insurance was a bit pricey for a family.
