22% to 25% on wireless (previously - though some other companies received higher). Recently changed to 50% if you are still an active employee. You lose it when you retire. Retirees of landline are grandfathered in at 22% (25% if one bill which is few and far in between - as they want to drop that). FIOS employee discount is decent and is available for active and retirees. Full package (at least in NYS), a lot cheaper than cablevision with the discount.

They offer great discounts on cell services but they treat you like a normal customer which is not good. When plans and features change it goes to employees as well.
