It is a PPO, if I need to see a doctor I can see anyone within in-network (which is typically in the same office building), I do not need to see my primary physician. Because of the HSA, I typically don't have to pay a co-pay either. They do offer at least dental and medical. I recently was promoted to "platinum level" benefits which gives you the option to change to Kaiser. I decided not to as my current PPO plan works out perfect for me and I have had Kaiser before when I worked at the 99 cents store and was not a fan.

Affordable. It is only $7.00 out of my paycheck every week and it is organized by the union.
