Work From Home

Since the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, WatchGuard has enabled employees to work remotely, in an effort to protect our communities, customers, and families. We adapted well to remote work, allowing for flexibility for employees while maintaining business excellence. As the world reopens, we will continue to prioritize flexibility. Under WatchGuard's Flexible Work Policy, most employees will be allowed to choose how often they commute to an office location. Employees will not be required to attend regular in-office meetings; hybrid meeting solutions will always be made available.
