The benefits are terrible. Whenever one goes to the doctor the co-pay is too much. You have to meet your $3,000.00 deductible first before the insurance pay for any visits.

3 Tiers offered to us. High cost tier is a propriety plan that has coverage dependent on your area (the home state for example has ample coverage). Middle tier is the HSA tier which is fine if you're healthy. Low tier is pretty lousy aside from requiring only copays to see your primary and specialist providers (HSA tier is self pay until you hit your deductible).
