They try very hard to make sure the costs for this are down. The only complaint I ever heard was from a co-worker who had children who needed hearing aids and there was no provision for them here.

High deductible plan, otherwise pretty standard. There is a wellness center on site that greatly reduced the cost of doctor visits.
