My policy was good, my out-of-pocket costs were as controlled as possible. The battle for this was one of the better communicated things while I was there.

Not the worst. Free or extremely discohnted insurance for employees would be an excellent addition. Especially with many health insurance providers using their services

Medical is way too expensive. It's not a benefit. Some extra benefits are offered but they're not beneficial.

It was awful. After I left I got a job that doubled my salary and gave me the best benefits package in the state. I also had all the time off I wanted for lunches and things as long as I made quota. I literally doubled my salary and benefits by LEAVING WPO and my job was SO much better and I had so much freedom.
