Performance bonus is subpar. Division Leaders discourage high employee ratings to keep merit/bonus low. It is encouraged to recall employee mishaps, challenges, and mistakes for end of year review. They do not believe in a 5/5 rating for those who deserve it. Performance bonus is based on a 0-5 scale with 0-2 not receiving bonus and 3-5 receiving respective percentage 3%-5%. Although, you'll never see 5 as a Service Colleague. Same is reflected for merit. Other large national brokers offer 10-15% bonus of salary.
