Vacation & Paid Time Off

Time off accrues per pay period at a reasonable amount per year working

2 weeks vacation, 3 weeks after 4 years of employment, 4 weeks after 10 years. 2 personal days a year. 5 national holidays. 9 sick days.

Vacation and time-off is fairly standard, but you are unable to carry over more than 100 or so hours to next fiscal year. They may allow maternal leave (as required by law), but not paternal leave. I had to submit FMLA to take 10 days off for my first child, and I was only given a weekend and a day (3 days total) after my second child. Be aware that if you are tied to a sales cycle, nobody cares if you are on vacation - you still need to answer your phone and emails!

is a hassle to get time off. They will even reap you off for over time and not pay you for it.
