What’s up with recruiters ghosting you mid process???? Even after several follow ups it’s been two months since i finished my second round and no answers yet not even a reply to say “we are still working on it”

Principal-level strategy consultant based in London - focused on energy & industrials. I'm looking to relocate to the GCC to be closer to family. Any thoughts on how feasible this would be in the 6 months or so? Understandably the situation is bad right now, but I'm keen to hear perspectives on whether out-of-region hiring will return in the foreseeable future. Many thanks!

London, Dubai or Germany right now?

After my MBA in Boston and working in Toronto for 5 years as a strategy consultant with a tech company, YOE=15, heading back to the GCC as Canadian, hopefully to Riyadh or Doha. A couple of questions if someone can provide insights: 1. What companies are consistently growing and didn't have major hiccups? 2. Which companies have less of the cliques culture I've been reading about here? places that care about actually doing the work rather than people trying not to get stabbed in the back.
