Ethical, equitable, and inclusive values underpin and pervade all AGU’s activities, external and internal. The AGU workplace, guided by the AGU 2020 strategic plan, promotes and exemplifies an inclusive culture. To turn principles into actions, staff input is used to develop and enhance work-from-home policies, effective meetings, and work-life balance. We also track staff demographics and hold regular, staff-guided discussions addressing systemic racism and bias.
