We have updated the Kazoo Handbook 2020 with gender-neutral language, a new DIBs Statement, and Primary & Secondary caregiver leave (as opposed to Maternity/Paternity).
We have done a number of Recruiting Changes over time that will improve and align with all of our DIBs initiatives. We've removed all gender bias language from our job descriptions that will create a more level playing field for potential candidates. Along with that, we have added some language to our job descriptions that highlight DIBs. This addition allows us to drive our diversity, culture, and values using our own voice. Shifting to our application we've updated our gender options dropdown menu to inc
