Loomis strives to create an inclusive and accepting work environment for all our team members. In continuing our efforts to support this goal we have currently developed a company-wide Unconscious Bias training. This is the first step in identifying our bias and how it can impact others. Once we can recognize our bias, we are able to be more open to others in becoming more inclusive.
