Our Internal DEI Steering Committee is comprised of 20 representatives from multiple departments throughout the organization. They provide guidance on equity-related communications, training and education. Within the Steering Committee, we have three dedicated task forces: diversity in talent, creating a culture of belonging, and elevating equity.
