Applied mid Oct 2017 and heard back from HR less than a week later asking to schedule a phone interview in mid Nov. Scheduled it promptly and waited for phone call on day of and got nothing. No follow up email about the interview until mid Dec at which point I had already accepted another offer. Worst HR experience I have had

I applied through online and the process took one week and HR contacted me. I did a phone interview the next day. The interview utilizes Codility. I went to New York for the onsite interview.
Self-introduction followed by one coding question with 3 followups. The interviewer is pretty nice. Communicate with the interview while coding is useful. Test interviewee’s ability to present coding logic and format.
