The first step was a phone interview with a team member. That conversation went well, and I received an email inviting me to an on-site interview. At that point the process unraveled: I didn't receive a response for several weeks, so I emailed HR, which looked into the situation and (finally) scheduled an interview but provided little to no information on how to get to the office. I ended up paying over $50 in tolls and parking for a lackluster interview experience, part of which was conducted over Skype (so why did I have to come in?). By the end of the interview I didn't want to set foot in the office again, and a few days later I found it that the feeling was mutual.
