1st Security Commercial Financial Analyst interview questions

First interview was a phone interview with Human Resource representative. Another HR person was in the room during the interview, but did not ask any questions. Second interview was at Mountlake Terrace headquarters; met with Loan Servicing Manager and Human Resources representative.
